My five-seat Audi carries up to three clients. Agreed mainland routes include fuel, tolls and parking.

Interpretation
English–Chinese interpretation in meetings, exhibitions, supplier visits and factory tours.
Appointments & route
A practical itinerary, supplier coordination and cross-city travel planning before the day.

A mid-range working lunch for up to three clients is included in the day rate.
Small approved payments
Help with small local payments only after your approval; purchases and third-party costs remain yours.

Chat, email or phone follow-up for suppliers and orders involved in this trip.
Freight & shipping
Help arrange logistics and freight forwarding, coordinate shipment handover and follow the export process. Freight and third-party charges are separate.
Manufacturer or trader?
Help assess whether a supplier is the actual manufacturer or a trading company by checking company information, production-site details and what we observe during the visit.
Collect, pack & consolidate
Help coordinate goods from multiple suppliers, consolidated packing and combined shipment. Collection, storage, packing and freight costs are confirmed separately.
Travel arrangements
Help with flight, high-speed rail, train and hotel bookings, currency-exchange guidance and internet setup.
Local perspective
Electronics and manufacturing observations, options and rest-day suggestions; you make the decisions.
Discreet service
Your meeting and supplier information is handled discreetly; my car has no audio or video recording equipment.

Business conversations stay private.
I handle your itinerary, meeting discussions and supplier or order information with discretion for the agreed service. My Audi sedan has no in-car camera or audio recording equipment. I will not share your business information with other suppliers or third parties without your approval. Other venues and participants may have their own recording practices, so please raise any special confidentiality requirements before a visit.
Extra help when you need it
Travel and local practicalities
I can help arrange flight, high-speed rail and train tickets; provide guidance on currency exchange and internet access; suggest nearby leisure trips for rest days; and handle small payments with your prior approval. Ticket, hotel and other third-party costs are paid by you at actual cost. Any later in-person factory inspection or meeting is quoted separately.
Independent support
I do not charge an order commission or accept undisclosed supplier payments. I offer observations and options, especially for electronics products, but you make all supplier, price and order decisions.
