What should you prepare before a factory visit?

Prepare a product brief, target quantity, drawings or samples, required certifications and the decision you need to make after the visit. Confirm the supplier's real visit address and who will attend.

For electronics, bring questions about the bill of materials, testing, lead times and quality records. For CNC, specify material grade, tolerances, finish, inspection method and expected volume.
